👉BaCzar Bayad & Go Airtime Plus E-Pins E-Loading Station (“BaCzar Bayad & Go”) recognizes its responsibility under Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), aims to protect your personal information.👉This Manual serves as a guide or handbook for ensuring the compliance of an organization or entity with the DPA, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and other relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). It also encapsulates the privacy and data protection protocols that need to be observed and carried out within the organization for specific circumstances (e.g., from collection to destruction), directed toward the fulfillment and realization of the rights of data subjects.

🔰Scope and Limitations👉BaCzar Bayad & Go is committed in complying with the terms set out in this Privacy Manual as mandated by applicable laws.

🔰Processing of Personal Data🔰A.Collection👉In order to process your transaction/s we need to collect your basic contact information, it may include your full name, address, email address, contact/mobile number, together with the products/services that you would like to purchase/avail.
🔰B.Use👉The personal data we collected shall be used for documentation purposes and for the inventory of products or services.Contact/mobile number may be used for the following reasons:1.E-load transactions, 2.Updates and promotions, 3.Confirmation SMS, 4.Verification
🔰C.Storage, Retention and Destruction👉BaCzar Bayad & Go will ensure that personal data under its custody are protected against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration and disclosure as well as against any other unlawful processing. We will implement appropriate security measures in storing collected personal information, depending on the nature of the information. All information gathered shall not be retained for a period longer than one 365 days or (1) year. After one year, all hard and soft copies of personal information shall be disposed and destroyed, through secured means.
🔰D.Access👉Due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the personal data under the custody of BaCzar Bayad & Go, only the client and the authorized representative of this entity  shall be allowed to access such personal data, for any purpose, except for those contrary to law, public policy, public order or morals.
E.Disclosure and SharingWe at BaCzar Bayad & Go empowers to maintain the confidentiality and secrecy of all personal data. BaCzar Bayad & Go is a multi-system user including Bayad Center, multi-bank and non-bank online facilities, thus for efficiency, we may need to share your personal data (as applicable) to our system providers (i.e., CIS Bayad Center Inc., PayMaya, GCash, Metrobank Inc., Telepreneur Corp. (TPC), etc.) that provides us services to deliver your needs such as bills payment, money transfer, e-load purchases and TPC account activation. Personal data under our custody shall be disclosed only pursuant to a lawful purpose, and to authorized recipients of such data.

🔰Customer’s Consent and Declaration👉I have read and understand the Data Privacy Policy Statement of BaCzar Bayad & Go, thus I declare that all information provided is verified correct to the best of my knowledge, pursuant to any Laws and Regulations applicable. I voluntarily and freely provide my consent to BaCzar Bayad & Go to encode, transmit, analyze and update my information (as applicable) to accept and process my payments or requested services through its system providers and affiliates.
👉I affirm my rights (1) to reasonable access my personal data processed by the personal information controller or processor, (2) right to dispute incorrect or error in personal data; rectify, (3) right to request suspension, blocking, removal, withdrawal, or destruction of personal data, (4) right to file a complaint for any false information and for unlawfully or unauthorized use of personal data.

🔰Disclaimer👉If any provisions in this manual is found to be invalid or contrary to any existing laws, it shall be deleted while the rest of the provisions will remain effective, unless otherwise the provision is revoked by the implementing entity.
